little m is getting used to having her "ears" on!

it is still a major hassle to actually get them on in the first place, and takes a whole lot of time and energy and a mini meltdown (on both our parts as well as hers...) but once they are on she just goes on with life as usual-like here where she is trying to get her dad's attention (it worked of course!)

  1. We scrapped the baby worn setup after two weeks of frustration on both our parts and Landry's part! She now wears the full BTE attached to her hear with wig tape and it works like a CHARM! No weight on her little ears and no cables and clips to mess with.
Definitely do what works best for you guys, but I certainly wish I'd heard about the wig-tape-BTE conversion sooner! :)

  3. I bought some on Amazon that was WAY too sticky, too, but we found hairdirect.com and use their Clear 3/4" x 12 Yard Tape Roll. The only key is to brush away all of her hair before sticking it on (easier said than down with a squirmy little one!). I'm sure it pulls a bit, but Landry doesn't ever act like it hurts her unless she's exhausted (and at that point everything is over dramatized...). Hope this helps! P.S. We have a 12 yard roll that we keep in her diaper bag and a 36 yard roll that we keep next to her ear charger at home.

  4. Little M, Viv and I love your new accessories! You wear your "ears" so well, sweet girl. It is no wonder you so easily capture dad's attention!
