out of the laundry room window

where i spent a significant portion of today,

(as always it feels)

as the girls played school

climbed on the bed

"read"

watched the clothes spin in the washer

drew

and undid much of what i was doing, 

(but their laughter & innocence saved them from me getting too frustrated, lucky little girls!)

(have you noticed that i am attempting to a photo a day this year? we'll see how long it lasts.)
